The Barn Theatre is an unsubsidised charity. To provide a full and comprehensive Box Office service we administer a £1.50 booking fee. This is applied per ticket as is customary throughout the theatre industry. We thank you for your support.
Tickets are non-refundable.
You may request an exchange up to 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We make a charge of £2.50 per ticket on all exchanges.
We will exchange tickets for alternatives of the same / higher value, for a later performance of the same production.
Should your new tickets be of higher value, you will be required to pay the additional cost.
We will not issue a refund if new tickets are of lower value than the original selection.
We retain selected seats in rows A and B for wheelchair users. Please call us to arrange your booking.
If you would like to discuss any other additional needs, please call us on the number above and we will do all we can to help.

Please be aware that previews are performances that allow the cast to become settled in their part before the show is attended by theatre critics. On very rare occasions this may include a stop in the show.
