Lauren Samuels made her professional debut as Wendy in Peter Pan (Curve). In 2010 Lauren appeared as a finalist on Over The Rainbow for BBC. Following her success on the TV show, Lauren made her West End debut in the lead role of Sandy in Grease (Piccadilly Theatre). She then starred as Scaramouche in We Will Rock You both at the Dominion Theatre West End and on its 10th Anniversary World Arena Tour. Lauren received a 2016 What’s On Stage Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical for her portrayal of Jules in Bend It Like Beckham (Phoenix Theatre, West End), a show which continued her association with composer Howard Goodall, with whom she performed a string of solo shows at Crazy Coqs and previously received a Manchester Theatre Award nomination for Best Actress as Jenny in Goodall’s Love Story at the Bolton Octagon.
