We’d like to thank you for the magnificent support you’ve given us. As we come to the end of another hugely productive year for the Barn, we have looked very closely at how we can provide you with the best value ticket options for the coming 2024 season.
We are very excited to announce the launch of our 2024 Season Gift Pass which replaces our previous Season ticket. The new Season Gift Pass will give you the same benefits as last year’s option but now with more flexibility in how the money can be spent.
- You can use the Season Gift Pass for any Built by Barn show
- You can bring your friends or family members and use the credit to buy more than one ticket
- When you run out of credit, simply purchase another Season Gift Pass to the value of your choice
The Barn Season Gift Pass comes in 4 value options:
- Purchase a £100 Season Pass and we will gift you an additional 10% credit. £10 more to spend = £110!
- Purchase a £200 Season Pass and we will gift you an additional 15% credit. £30 more to spend = £230!
- Purchase a £300 Season Pass and we will gift you an additional 20% credit. £60 more to spend = £360!
- Purchase a £400 Season Pass and we will gift you an additional 25% credit. £100 more to spend = £500!
Terms & Conditions
The Season Gift Pass has no expiry date. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Season Gift Pass can only be used for BUILT by BARN productions at the Barn Theatre Cirencester. No cash exchange will be given for unused portions of the Season Gift Pass. Any additional cost exceeding the value of the Season Gift Pass must be paid by the redeemer. The Season Gift Pass cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Valid only at The Barn Theatre Cirencester The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Season Gift Pass redemption is subject to availability of seating/dates. Please allow up to 3 working days for the additional credit to appear on your account. In the event of a cancellation, if you have already purchased a ticket using your Season Gift Pass for a specific show, your Season Gift Pass will then be credited with that amount to be used for a future date. No cash refund will be given. Use of this Season Gift Pass constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

TICKETS FROM AS LITTLE AS £11.25
The family ticket will provide a cost saving option to encourage younger people to attend. All children coming to the theatre accompanied with a full paying adult will be entitled to a half price ticket.
- For example, 2 x Adult Category A Tickets, Week 1 (£15 x 2 = £30) plus 2 children (£7.50 x 2 = £15). That’s just £45 for 2 adults & 2 children.
- Family tickets from as little as £11.25 per person (based on a family of 2 adults x 2 children purchasing category A Week 1 tickets.)
Child ticketing offers apply to children under 16 only.

We understand how difficult it is for charitable and various volunteer organisations to raise money.
The Barn Theatre is looking to help groups like yours to raise much needed funds by incorporating fundraising into a theatre trip.
Cashback is a great way to generate funds for your charity or organisation and have a great night out at the same time!
Bring your colleagues, friends or family to the theatre and for every ticket purchased we will make up to a 50% donation of the total cost into your chosen cause or nominated charity fund.
This makes fundraising for your group almost effortless – you’ve just got to come along to the theatre, have a great evening, and your organisation can benefit greatly from it!

- You will need to appoint a coordinator who will contact and collate numbers of all those interested in attending one of our Built by Barn professional shows. The coordinator will be entitled to one complimentary ticket.
- The coordinator will then place an order for a given number of tickets by contacting the Barn Theatre Box Office for the production and date you wish to attend.
- The Barn Theatre will raise an invoice for the total amount for payment.
- Once paid, tickets will be emailed to the coordinators address.
- 30 days after your visit, The Barn Theatre will make the specified donation into the charity/funds of your choice.
- Tickets are priced at a group rate of £25 per ticket. Only available for preview shows and week 1 & 2 Built By Barn produced shows.
