- Please observe social distancing at all times. To ensure that social distancing measures are strictly adhered to.
- When arriving please join the queue, entering into the main theatre doors. You will have your temperature checked, and will be guided through the building.
- You will be temperature checked on arrival. using a non-contact sensor. We will be unable to admit anyone with a temperature above 37.8 degrees.
- Hand sanitiser stations will be placed throughout the venue.
- We ask that all customers wear masks inside the venue. If you do not have a mask, you can purchase one on arrival. All of our staff are also required to wear masks.
- Please ensure that you and all members of you party, particularly children, stay in your seats unless visiting the toilets.
- The bar will only be open before the show starts, please ensure you purchase any food/drink before entering the main auditorium, re-entry into the bar area will be denied.
- No food or drink to be consumed unless purchased at our bar. Water is allowed.
- The illustrations on the seating plan are not to scale and subject to change as circumstances and government guidelines evolve.
- When selecting a seat inside an outlined box, all seats inside that box must be purchased in order to proceed.
- Please ensure you buy the correct amount of tickets for your party.
- A maximum of 2 households may sit inside a box.
- A safe distance of 1m has been provided in between rows, headrest to headrest.
- An unoccupied seat has been left between each box and a perspex screen will be erected.
- STAFF will adhere to government guidelines with regards to social distancing.
- Wearing a mask is mandatory for patrons aged 11 and over, and is strongly recommended for patrons under 11.
