Please make sure that you take in only one bag per person into the auditorium. We do have a lost property box, but we’re sorry, but we’re unable to take responsibility for any items left at the theatre.
Please make sure that you give yourself plenty of time. We operate a strict no latecomers or re-admittance policy for most shows. This is due to the intimate nature of our space and for the benefit of the actors. If you are late, we will do our very best to let you in at an appropriate time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON TICKETS
Our tickets are non-refundable; however, we are happy to exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the performance. Alternatively, we will try and resell your tickets (after all other tickets have been sold). We charge £2.50 per ticket to exchange or re-sell.
