The Barn Theatre is an unsubsidised charity. To provide a full and comprehensive Box Office service we administer a £1.50 booking fee. This is applied per ticket as is customary throughout the theatre industry. We thank you for your support.
Tickets are non-refundable.
We make a charge of £2.50 per ticket on all exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
We will exchange tickets for alternatives of the same / higher value, for a later performance of the same production.
Should your new tickets be of higher value, you will be required to pay the additional cost.
We will not issue a refund if new tickets are of lower value than the original selection.
You may request an exchange up to 48 hours before the performance.
At least half an hour before the performance starts, if possible, certainly no later than 15 minutes before the start of the performance. If you do not pick up your tickets five minutes before the start of the performance, we’re sorry, but we reserve the right to re-allocate the tickets.
You may go in and sit down 15 minutes before the performance starts. The bar is open one hour before the performance, and Téatro Restaurant serves pre-show meals, but we do advise that you book in advance.
We understand that delays happen. We do our best to accommodate latecomers but you may not be admitted until a suitable point in the performance so as not to disrupt actors and the audience.
Approximate running times appear on the show information page on the website or you can call the box office on 01285 648255. Most shows have an interval of 20 minutes.
Age guidance on each show is always published. As a general rule, no babies or children under four will be admitted for any production, unless it is a show aimed at very young children. If an age limit is considered appropriate, guidelines will be published.
The highly-acclaimed Téatro Restaurant and Bar serves pre-show meals from 5.30pm. Make it a night to remember and combine dinner and a show by making a reservation by booking a table with your tickets by calling our box office on 01285 648255
The use of all photographic and recording equipment (including mobile phones) is strictly prohibited because of copyright law. We ask that you turn off your mobile, pager or watch alarm before you go in to the auditorium.
